Backoffice Medewerker

Als Backoffice Medewerker werk je voor de verkoopafdeling en ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse orderstroom en de communicatie hierover met de klant. Je denkt actief mee met de klanten en bent signalerend en adviserend naar zowel de klant als de interne organisatie. Samen met de frontoffice en het accountmanagement ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw rayon, werk je hierin nauw met hen samen en bied je (waar mogelijk) ondersteuning. Our client is an international organisation based in the The Hague region. For the newly set up External Presentations Team, there is currently an opening for a dedicated Project Manager. You will be project managing the production of business presentations for mainly senior staff . You will also have an advisory role in making external presentations and the usage of new media.   You will:Be responsible for the production of effective external presentations for mainly senior staff (ranging from large complex projects to straight forward) and be in direct control of budget, quality and timely delivery of the products.Advise the customer in making (cost) effective presentations and on house style and brand guidelines.Have an active role in the promotion and the usage of new media.Build excellent working relationships with the in-house Design Studio, other departments, external design- and production companies and other suppliers of communication material and services.            Your principal responsibilities will be:Clarifying the customer brief, working closely with the customer to confirm it, and where necessary shape requirements.Briefing the design and production teams, ensuring they are clear on all key elements of the brief.Progress control in all the design and production stages, ensuring that output meet the requirements of the brief and comply with the set budget, timeline and brand guidelines and standards.Ensuring customers are fully kept up to date regarding progress and budget status.Administration of each project to ensure it is recorded on and managed through the relevant systems.
